Batik is an ancient fabric design technique originating from Indonesia, using wax as a dye resist and applying layers of dye to create different shades and colors.

All of my batiks are made on 100% silk scarves, with Jacquard silk paints, a mixture of all-natural beeswax & paraffin wax. Designs are typically Florentine inspired, hand drawn- one-of-a-kind designs.
