I have been working with oil paints for 15 years, starting at the young age of 10 studying the basics of using the medium though plein air paintings of Southern California coastlines.

My recent focus has been photorealism. Since my studies in Florence, Italy in 2021, I have now switched to water-based oils. I draw inspiration from painters like Italian Baroque painter Caravaggio, focusing on extreme detail; as well as a hint of Surrealism, creating my own characters.
